What if my iPhone is in worse condition than I selected?
We’ll show you what we found and give a revised offer before anything is agreed. If you don’t want to accept it, you take your phone home.
Do you buy phones that don’t turn on or have liquid damage?
Yes, we buy phones that won’t turn on. They aren’t covered by our online prices, so call us with the model and storage and we’ll give you an offer. For liquid damage or overheating, call us and we’ll tell you whether we can help.
What should I do with my data before selling?
Back up your phone, then go to Settings › [your name] › Find My and turn Find My iPhone off, and sign out of your Apple Account. Then erase it in Settings › General › Transfer or Reset iPhone. If you get stuck, bring it in and we can walk you through it.
How do I get paid?
Once you accept the offer in store you are paid in cash on the spot.
