Warranty FAQs
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers the specific parts replaced and the labour performed during your repair. If the repaired component fails due to a manufacturing defect or installation issue, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Does the warranty cover accidental damage after my repair?
The warranty covers the original fault and the parts we installed. It does not cover new accidental damage — for example, if you drop your phone and crack a newly replaced screen. That would require a new repair.
How do I claim my warranty?
Simply bring your device back to our Braybrook store with your original repair receipt. We'll assess the device and, if the fault is covered under warranty, repair it at no charge. No need to call ahead — walk in any time during business hours.
Is there a time limit on the lifetime warranty?
The warranty is genuinely lifetime — there is no expiry date. As long as you own the device and the fault is related to our original repair, the warranty applies. We stand behind our work long-term.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell my device?
The warranty is tied to the repair receipt. If you transfer ownership of the device along with the original repair receipt, the new owner can also benefit from the warranty. We'll honour the warranty for whoever presents the original receipt.
Will a third-party repair void the Apple or Samsung warranty?
Third-party repairs may affect your device manufacturer's warranty. However, our own lifetime warranty fully covers our repairs independently. We use quality parts and professional techniques to minimise any impact on the original device.
What if the same problem comes back multiple times?
If the same fault recurs after our repair, we will investigate the root cause and repair it again at no charge. If repeated failures indicate a deeper underlying issue, we will discuss your options honestly, including the possibility that a component-level or logic board repair may be needed.
Does the warranty cover water damage repairs?
Water damage repairs carry our lifetime warranty on the components replaced during the service. However, if the device is subsequently exposed to liquid again, that constitutes new damage not covered by the original warranty.
Are diagnostic and inspection services covered by warranty?
Our diagnostic and inspection services are free and carry no warranty because no parts are replaced. If you proceed with a repair following the diagnostic, that repair is then covered by the full lifetime warranty.
Can I get a written warranty document?
Yes. Your repair receipt serves as your warranty document. It includes the repair date, device details, repair performed, and parts used. Keep this receipt safe as it may be required for any future warranty claims.
